To use Direct Connect across Canada and the U.S., you need to know your contact's full Direct Connect number, which has 3 parts:

Here's how to Direct Connect others:
- Key in their Area ID,
- Press * and key in their Fleet ID,
- Press * and key in their Member ID
For contacts already programmed into your Mike, you can still Direct Connect the same way, there's no need to reprogram. For new contacts, we recommend programming their full Direct Connect number
